UnitedHealthcare presents its 2010 roster

Having recently announced a new sponsorship deal for 2010, US Continental team UnitedHealthcare presented by Maxxis has announced its roster for next season. Moreni’s return to cycling a tough road

Italian rider Christian Moreni has spoken of his desire to return to cycling, despite having to literally ‘pay for his mistakes’ and an air of “indifference” that he feels encapsulates his possible comeback. The man claimed to be South Africa’s greatest-ever cyclist, Alan van Heerden, has died following a motor accident near Johannesburg, South Africa, on Tuesday afternoon. AMPO signs on as sponsor with Footon-Servetto

Basque company AMPO has agreed to sponsor ProTour squad Footon-Servetto through the 2010 season. Spanish newspaper Gara reports that AMPO have signed a one-year contract with the team – formerly known as Fuji-Servetto – that includes an option to extend the agreement for a further season.
