CYCLING legend Lance Armstrong may look to add the four-day Circuit de la Sarthe-Pays de la Loire to his pre-Tour de France race calendar after another poor performance during his comeback to the sport.
He recently finished seventh at the Vuelta a Murcia.
The 38-year-old also finished around mid way of the Tour Down Under showing that he needed more cycling fitness.
“Worried would be too strong of a word. I’m aware of [my performance in Murcia], but not too stressed,” Armstrong told AP.
“My position on the bike was good, but the power was not,” he said.
His next race this season is expected to be Milano-Sanremo, on March 20.
